The New Kitchen project in Francis Creek, WI, represents a remarkable transformation of an 80's home into a modern, open-concept space that perfectly balances functionality and aesthetics. The scope of the project involved a comprehensive redesign of the kitchen area, focusing on maximizing space and enhancing the overall flow of the home. By removing outdated cabinets and a dividing wall, we were able to create a bright and inviting environment that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding living areas. The design choices made during this renovation were intentional and carefully curated to reflect contemporary tastes while remaining practical. New kitchen cabinets were installed, offering ample storage space and a sleek appearance. The HD Formica countertops were selected for their durability and stylish finish, providing a perfect surface for meal preparation and entertaining. A stainless steel sink and faucet were chosen for their modern appeal and ease of maintenance, while a stunning glass tile backsplash adds a touch of elegance and visual interest to the overall design. In addition to the kitchen elements, we replaced all interior doors with 6-panel oak doors, introducing a rich, warm tone that complements the new trim throughout the home. The luxury vinyl flooring, grouted for an upscale look, was installed to provide a water-resistant and low-maintenance solution, ideal for high-traffic areas. The result of this extensive renovation is a beautifully transformed space that enhances both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the home. The open concept layout allows for greater interaction among family members and guests, while the carefully selected materials and craftsmanship ensure a high-quality finish that is both modern and timeless.
