We also filled the places between with a variety of native plants, from azaleas and gardenias that (mostly) bloom at different times of year to ferns and ground cover to create a variety of textures and fill in space. Such well considered planting that stays colourful throughout the whole year means more biodiversity with less upkeep. Uneven terrain surrounding clubhouse was one of the major challenges we dealt with during the . We expertly graded the entire site to guarantee accessibility while also making sure water would properly drain instead of becoming trapped in various spots of the property. By paying attention to detail both in planning and execution, we were also able to incorporate elements such as a calming central water fountain, ushering in a feeling of serenity for leisure and enjoyment. The end result looked absolutely beautiful.
