The showpiece of the Versten is the stunning custom swimming pool that includes accent edges of natural stone underwater, matching the surrounding area. The pool deck utilizes travertine pavers, which is considered standard with our s, yet stunning and appropriate for the function of swimming. Numerous tropical plants were incorporated around the pool and were selected to contrast greatly with the typical flats of Las Vegas. The many palm trees and flowering shrubs were selected to maintain the landscape in any season. An outdoor kitchen was built three-quarters situated under a pergola and contained appliances intended to host family get-togethers and friends, without much care the weather. The application of exterior lighting is energy efficient and provided a beautiful feature of the landscape for evening enjoyment. Water management is part of every , and it is the expectation we designed this around. Water for plants is essential, so we designed an irrigation system to provide water to every piece of landscaping - intended for some drought resistant, but to allow for conservation. The end result was a beautiful and functional masterpiece, which embraced the essence of every piece we constructed and would exceed the client's expectations.
