Modern Oasis is a stunning embodiment of contemporary design, nestled in the picturesque community of Rancho Bernardo, San Diego. This project, which commenced in 2017, showcases a meticulous approach to crafting a serene yet visually dynamic living space. The design concept centers around the theme of textures, seamlessly blending a neutral color palette that features warm grays, light stained white oak, natural stone, concrete, and textured plaster wall treatments. Each material was selected not only for its aesthetic appeal but also for its ability to evoke a sense of calm and sophistication. As you enter the home, you are immediately drawn to the striking floating staircase, which elegantly hovers above a meticulously designed desert rock garden. This garden is accentuated by a large stone fountain, ingeniously crafted from a boulder sourced directly from the property, adding a unique and organic touch to the landscape.
