It all started with removing an ancient concrete slab that had drainage issues. The natural state of the stones elevates the appearance but also withstands the elements that we designed a flagstone patio for using locally-sourced stones. The colors of flagstone blend naturally with the colors of the land, melting together the boundaries between inside and outside. This also included this impressive custom outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, stone countertop and lots of prep space, using durable materials that will last. The kitchen area is well planned for both its functional and social needs, allowing you the best place to entertain friends and family. We built an incredible outdoor fireplace to finish out the , and used flagstone to insure the elements were tied together. The fireplace provides warmth and atmosphere and serves as a cozy place to gather in the evenings as desired, promoting year-round outdoor living. During the development, we encountered challenges in the form of uneven grading and utility lines that have been there for years that needed to be planned for and engineered around. Our experienced team was able to overcome these challenges to deliver a product that went above and beyond what the client was seeking. We designed the finished space to embody our craftsmanship and detail and feel welcoming and make you want to be there.
