Here, we highlight some of our recent s to demonstrate our dedication to quality craftsmanship and creative, forward-thinking landscaping solutions. For this , a residential client in Northville reached out after thinking creating a relaxing backyard retreat. Their goal was to encourage an enjoyable outdoor living space that could be utilized three hundred sixty-five days a year while also becoming blended into the existing topographical landscape and architectural elements of their home. After initial meetings, we provided a live site visit to fully understand the existing conditions; as a team, we made an overall design to enhance the natural beauty of the existing landscape. The evaluation process enabled our team to narrow in on the materials selection, which included locally sourced stone for the patio and walkways, as well as, drought-resistant plants. The landscape encapsulated a unique multi-tiered patio with appealing and functional retaining walls to create different tiers for lounging, dining, and entertaining. In addition, we added a fire pit styled to match the multi-tiered patio, and finally, incorporated vast plantings of native plants to attract local wildlife and enhance privacy. As in any , we faced additional hurdles to overcome, including alleviating the drainage issue on the property, to prevent pooling and erosion of the landscape. Here, our team designed and installed a whole-drainage system on the property. Ultimately, our client's outdoor experience revealed a beautiful outdoor oasis, that they thoroughly enjoyed, with an amazing balance of function and aesthetics that satisfied their request. The not only enhanced the curb appeal of the property, but also made it an enjoyable space for their family to relax and gather.
