Hale O Ho'oli is a stunning beach-style home located in the picturesque setting of Koloa, Hawaii, designed to harmonize with its tropical surroundings. The layout features an inviting open concept that flows seamlessly to the back lanai and an infinity-edge pool, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. The living room and suite bedrooms are equipped with pocketing doors, allowing for a remarkable indoor-outdoor experience that enhances the home’s connection to its natural environment. The exterior of Hale O Ho'oli showcases a sophisticated blend of materials and design choices. The white-painted board and batten walls serve as a crisp backdrop, complemented by black aluminum-clad wood windows that add a touch of modern elegance. The rough wood shake roofing not only enhances the beach aesthetic but also ensures durability against the elements. Lush palm trees sprouting from thoughtfully designed planters on the lanai soften the landscape, while a built-in outdoor kitchen BBQ area by the pool provides the perfect space for entertaining family and friends on leisurely afternoons. Particular attention was paid to craftsmanship in creating the "Pai Pai" outdoor structure, which features ebony-stained columns, wide tails, and x railings, all topped with shake roofing and highlighted by a striking lava rock wall.
