The Sorority House project, initiated in 2017, involved a comprehensive exterior renovation aimed at addressing significant mold and mildew issues that had compromised both the aesthetics and integrity of the structure. Upon inspection, it was evident that extensive staining marred the exterior surfaces, necessitating a thorough remediation process. Our skilled team meticulously removed all traces of mold and mildew, ensuring a clean and safe environment for the sorority members. To achieve a rejuvenated look, we selected Sherwin Williams' Duration exterior paint, renowned for its durability and protective qualities. To further enhance the longevity of the finish, we incorporated a mold and mildew inhibiting additive directly into the paint. This strategic choice not only provided a bright white finish that revitalized the house's exterior but also established a robust barrier against future growth of mold and mildew, ensuring minimal maintenance in the years to come.
