The Cozy Coastal Getaway project transformed a dated coastside rancher into a stunning modern retreat, epitomizing the essence of coastal living. Located in the picturesque Pacifica, CA, this remodel commenced in 2016 and focused on reimagining the entire floor plan to create a seamless and inviting space. The original layout was restructured to open up the kitchen, dining, and family room, merging these three areas into one expansive and cohesive environment. This significant alteration not only enhanced the functionality of the home but also fostered a warm atmosphere ideal for family gatherings and entertaining friends. In the design process, careful attention was paid to materials and finishes that reflect the coastal aesthetic while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
