Backyard Remodel by Tc Landscape Construction And Maintenance Inc. Tc Landscape Construction And Maintenance Inc. recently completed a jaw-dropping ‘Backyard Remodel’ . The goal of the remodel was to augment the natural beauty of the site while also providing a space for family gatherings and relaxation at home. The remodel features a stone patio that was custom crafted from beautiful and locally sourced and durable flagstone that works with the existing landscape. To provide a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor entertaining, we designed bespoke built-in seating areas with wicker furniture and weather-resistant pillows to enjoy the warm California summer evenings. A natural stone fire pit was delightfully the center-piece of the outdoor entertainment space, inspiring cozy evenings of sitting outside and enjoying the stars. The existing area experienced some degree of awkward elevation issues; thus, we had the challenge of grading and drainage to control any water ounces after it rained. Our skilled team determined a comprehensive design solution to facilitate a drainage plan that was sufficient for all the new landscapes with upgrades while providing a safe outdoor space. The also embraced a drought resistant pallette of plants native to the El Dorado climate that are lush and colorful. Beautiful native shrugs, colorful perennials, and ornamental grasses enhanced the existing biodiversity and will require much less irrigation than other non native plants. Finally, when completed, we added soft lighting throughout the new landscape area to showcase pedestrian sidewalks and pathways as well as the plant materials and overall beauty of the landscape while in the backyard even after sunset. The completed remodel is an enchanting outdoor escape and beyond the clients expectations! The combination of quality materials with experienced installations truly enhanced the aesthetics of the property and increased the property value.
