Rego Residence by Artscapes by Blue Sky Landscaping. Located in the center of Fort Lauderdale, the Rego Residence represents the artistic talents and skills of Artscapes by Blue Sky Landscaping. This launched with the desire to create a tranquil outdoor oasis that harmoniously matches the architecture of the home and adds to the natural beauty of the site. The design features an intense level of layout work that integrated lavish, native plantings with hardscaping features that include stone walkways and an amazing water feature as a centerpiece. Our choices of materials included quality components, such as locally-sourced coral stone used for the patio and durable, eco-friendly pavers that blended beautifully with the landscape. One of the main challenges in this was addressing the drainage issues typically found on the site. Our team addressed those issues with engineering, including installing a French drain system that alleviates water in the site, while preserving the integrity of the garden beds. The finished product is a lively beautiful space with varying textures and colors using tropical flower blooms and ornamental grasses. A rustic seating area is shaded by a custom-built pergola, the sound of the waterfall features usher in tranquility, and the overall space invites relaxation. The Rego residence is a reflection of the quality workmanship and attention to detail that Artscapes by Blue Sky is known for.
