The Royse City - Pool and Patio Cover project showcases a stunning transformation of a spacious backyard into a luxurious outdoor living area. This project features a meticulously designed 547 square foot pool, accentuated by a large tanning ledge and raised custom water features that serve as a striking focal point visible from the home's interi. The pool is finished with PebbleSheen's Blue Granite, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability, while the surrounding landscape enhances the overall ambiance of the space. The decking surrounding the pool covers an impressive 1300 square feet and is composed of Belgard Lafitt Rustic Slab Pavers in a harmonious blend of Hill Country and Danville Beige colors. These pavers not only provide a sturdy foundation but also contribute to the rustic charm that complements the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside. A circular patterned paver area has been thoughtfully designed for a portable fire pit, creating an inviting spot for gatherings and relaxation. To complete this outdoor oasis, a large cedar patio cover was seamlessly integrated into the existing roofline, ensuring both functionality and longevity. This addition not only offers shade and shelter but also enhances the overall aesthetic of the space, making it an ideal setting for family gatherings and outdoor entertainment.
