PRESTON by Synthetic Grass Pros Located in the midst of North Dallas, our PRESTON highlights the craft and design ingenuity for which Synthetic Grass Pros is well-known. We service a wide range from Addison to Fort Worth, and our team was able to transform an uninspired yard into an inviting and useful outdoor space. The scope of work included a wonderful installation of high quality synthetic turf, chosen for it's long lasting durability as well as the natural look it provides by remaining green year round without the bother of maintenance. The installation included nicely crafted flower beds full of native drought-tolerant plants that not only look great, but also contribute to local biodiversity. Our team had to contend with uneven ground that needed a significant amount of grading and leveling to create a seamless flow throughout the yard. Eco-friendly materials combined with a modern stone pathway leading up to a fire pit built to entertain guests and family. The permeable pavers around the seating provides an upscale aesthetic while also providing drainage to avoid previously pooled water. Ultimately, the PRESTON culminated in a stunning landscape of beauty and usability that our client was thrilled with in the end, maintaining a sustainable landscape with minimal upkeep. The work dramatically raised both the monetary and practical value of the property while building a calming escape for the family.
