About This Project

The Magellan Real Estate & Relocation project was a transformative endeavor aimed at creating a cohesive and inviting environment for commercial clients. Upon taking over the property, it became clear that the various renovations completed by the previous owner had resulted in a disjointed aesthetic. Our mission was to unify the space while honoring the architectural integrity and charm of the building's original design. One of the key aspects of this project was to highlight the hidden treasures within the property, such as the stunning wooden staircase that had been concealed under carpeting, ornate moldings, and a magnificent fireplace obscured by a wall of mirrors. To bring the vision of the space to life, we carefully selected a Parisian wallpaper adorned with architectural motifs that resonate with the company's mission of facilitating new beginnings in both residential and commercial real estate. This design choice not only adds a layer of sophistication but also serves as a constant reminder of the agency's dedication to quality and elegance. Engaging with the employees provided invaluable insights into their needs for functionality and color preferences, allowing us to tailor the design to enhance both productivity and comfort. The final outcome of the project is a beautifully remodeled space that flows seamlessly from one area to another, creating an inviting atmosphere for clients and employees alike. The color palette and materials used were chosen to complement the quality of work the agency represents, ensuring that the space itself becomes a testament to their professionalism and commitment to excellence.
