Philadelphia Residence #1 Ledden Palimeno Landscape Co. is excited to introduce Philadelphia Residence #1, an extraordinary landscape that showcases our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Located in Philadelphia, this property had several challenges, including a very steep slope and limited sunlight in a few areas. Our team challenged these conditions, and creatively designed the outdoor space into vibrant outdoor living area. The included a custom garden layout that embraced a mix of native plants, ornamental grasses, and colorful perennials suited for the local climate. We also utilized quality materials in creating and enhancing the beauty of the landscape design, including a natural stone pathway and granite retaining walls that were quarried nearby; comprising not only the beauty of the slope but the structure as well. To create a design that delivered beauty year-round, the landscape included a mixture of seasonal blooms, evergreen shrubs, and strategically placed trees to provide shade and protection. A patio was built for entertaining, or simply enjoying the outdoors, along with a firepit and seating to shout the importance for cozy evenings outside. A unique water feature was included for sound and tranquility. We communicated openly with the clients throughout the , updating them on the progress, and assured them that we achieved what they had envisioned. At the conclusion of the , the homeowners were so delighted with their new breathtaking home, it enhanced the value of the property for years to come with a story to tell.
