Roller Shades by TensoShade, LLC TensoShade, LLC is very proud to present the Roller Shades , where we completely transformed the landscape to embrace the essence of outdoor living while providing privacy and comfort to our valued clients in the Greater San Antonio area, including Alamo Heights, Balcones Heighs, and beyond. This showcased a seamless combination of softscape and hardscape elements, carefully crafted for a welcoming aesthetic. We included native plants such as Texas sage and lantana that not only adapt to our climate but support the local pollinators' life cycles. To connect the lush planting areas, we installed a durable stone pathway leading to a secluded seating area for time spent together with family or time spent in quiet solitude. One of the major problems we encountered was the steepness of the property. Using thoughtful grading methods, our skilled crew also ensured drainage would function properly while grading the slope to reflect the land's natural contour. The grade allowed for a beautiful retaining wall constructed from locally sourced stone that achieved a functional purpose while improving the look of the property. The center of attention within this landscape is the custom roller shades, which offer variable coverage against the Texas sun. Made from high-quality, weather-resistant fabrics, the addition of the roller shade enables the clients to enjoy their outdoor space without sacrificing comfort or privacy, while harmonizing with the landscape. The final product was a stunning outdoor living space that exceeded the clients' dreams! The attention to detail through design, craftsmanship, and use of materials created a beautiful, private oasis for our client to enjoy all year round.
