We started with a full site analysis and from there we created a solution for how we were going to fit a structure into this sloped site with all of these various challenges. We opted to use retaining walls made from locally sourced Colorado sandstone that ensures quality and durability while complementing the surrounding terrain. Tiered garden beds were constructed with striking perennials and shrubs chosen for four seasons of interest to improve both function and beauty. At the heart of this design is the modern patio made from stunning, premium quality porcelain tiles designed to imitate the appearance of natural stone with outstanding slip resistance and durability. The custom built cedar planters warm this outdoor living area with a defined structure. Our experienced team also installed a minimalistic water feature for a calming environment and some local wildlife watching! We had to starve a complex irrigation system of the plants with minimal disruption to the visuals of the . Our experts created a discreet, efficient system that keeps close tabs each plant and how it receives the water it needs, with lowest water waste. The end product is a beautiful scene where timelessness meets modernism.
