About This Project

The Space Planning for Underutilized Room project in Burlington, VT, embarked upon in 2017, aimed to transform an awkwardly designed area affected by a steep roof into a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. Recognizing the potential for improvement, our team meticulously devised a comprehensive plan that prioritized both functionality and design. The project commenced with a thorough assessment of the existing space, focusing on maximizing its utility while preserving the charm inherent to the traditional architecture of the home. We employed innovative design choices that included the integration of built-in shelving, which not only provided additional storage but also enhanced the room's visual appeal.
