Smooth Contemporary Oasis Using Furnishings to Form The Pop Introducing: Smooth Modern Oasis, our latest work by A&M Landscaping LLC featuring a modern twist on a smooth lifestyle. In the center of Denver, this is an example of our quality landscaping and service areas like Arvada, Boulder, and Littleton. We wanted it to feel connected to the more modern, indoor side of the house, so our design approach was to make the outdoor space feel like an extension of the house. Natural stone, smooth cast concrete, and lush plantings were chosen in a cohesive palette to enhance the home and its architecture. At the heart of this sanctuary is a bespoke fire pit and comfortable, weatherproof furniture, ideal for entertaining friends and family. The backyard has a steep and uneven terrain, which presented one of the biggest challenges we've encountered. Our crews graded and leveled the area with drainage in mind, creating an attractive landscape. We layered planting low-maintenance perennials and ornamental grasses for both depth and texture to give a lush backdrop throughout the seasons. The overall product is a modern sanctuary that increases the curb appeal of the home and provides a perfect space to unwind or entertain. The integrated design of the furniture completed the workspace, and our client was delighted with the final outcome.
