The Indio Residence, perched on an ocean side bluff in Shell Beach, California, exemplifies modern coastal living with its clean lines and contemporary design. Spanning 5,304 square feet, this expansive home features three spacious bedrooms, an office, and a caretakers apartment, complemented by five full bathrooms and two half baths. Drawing inspiration from the previously completed Florin Residence, this project was tailored to meet the evolving needs of the client, resulting in a larger footprint and enhanced amenities. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by impressive floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, setting a tone of elegance and tranquility. The grand ceilings throughout the entryway and great room are accentuated by strategically placed skylights, flooding the interior with natural light and enhancing the airy atmosphere.
