From Auburn Hills to Wixom, we built a water feature that acts as the visual centerpiece and provides tranquility to the surroundings, servicing these vibrant communities. We began with an in-depth consultation where we understood the clients idea of a beautiful relaxing retreat. The multi-tiered waterfall and pond were designed by our team and built using local, natural stone along with other durable green materials. This waterfall was made by stacking flagstones and small boulders on top of one another, and one the falls are filled with water, the organic appearance makes it look as if it was always there, part of the landscape. We chose various types of suitable aquatic plants which were going to grow beautifully such as water lily and lotus and we also thought nice home for local wildlife. Problem number one was the slope of the yard, so some smart grading was needed, otherwise water was going to bead and fly down the hill, taking soil with it. Our talented crew resolved this by contouring the land to bring waterfall infunction while improving aesthetics on site. A few also buy energy-efficient pumps and filtration systems to keep up with excellent water quality, which means no maintaining for the property owners. When it was finally done, however, it was absolutely awe-inspiring. It created an inviting sound with water flowing over the rocks, just the right sound when you want to relax or entertain guests. The final result thrilled the client who told us that the feature had basically turned their backyard into a personal getaway.
