Tailor-Made Mobile Kitchen for Permanent Installation

The Custom Built Mobile Kitchen project represents a unique blend of functionality and creativity, meticulously crafted for Live Free Magazine in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Re-store in Winston Salem and Kernersville. This endeavor was part of an exciting designer challenge, where we had a mere three days to source materials and construct a fully operational mobile kitchen. The project showcases an innovative approach to kitchen design, emphasizing versatility and practicality while maintaining an aesthetic appeal. This mobile kitchen is equipped with essential features, including a functional sink and a stove with an oven, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. One of the standout design choices is the faux window situated above the sink, which adds a charming touch, enhancing the illusion of space and light. Ample storage solutions have been incorporated throughout the design, ensuring that everything needed for meal preparation is within easy reach, while also allowing for an organized and tidy environment. Crafted from repurposed cabinets sourced from the Habitat for Humanity Re-store, each element of the kitchen reflects sustainable practices, showcasing the beauty of upcycled materials. The cabinets, carefully selected by our designer, are transformed into a cohesive and stylish kitchen that is both practical and visually appealing.
