Our team of experts built this large patio with premium natural flagstone. This option is not only durable, but it also complements the beauty of an outdoor space, the material happily fuses with surrounding nature. It has both a discreet, and prominent embossed pattern that attracts attention and matches the home exterior. We used a series of beautiful stone walks to connect the different outdoor spaces. The cobblestones with pavers used for these pathways allows a functional access to parts of the garden while their ease of flow complements the form of landscape. Besides their draining specific within urban drainage, the use of permeable materials also beneficial for local ecology. The biggest challenge we had to work with on this was the clients property and the land as the grounds where quite uneven. The entire area was expertly land graded by our team to provide a solid surface and reduces the risk of water gathering and erosion. We also softened the hardscape and brightened the space by integrating native plants along the pathways to create an attractive and inviting space. The end product was above and beyond what the client was expecting and has, benefitted the client with a beautiful space to invite their family for gatherings to enjoy, or also just a place for them to relax at the end of the evening and gaze up at the stars.
