Completed in 2018, this stunning residence, with a project cost ranging from $750,001 to $1,000,000, showcases a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces, embodying the essence of California’s lifestyle. The design team selected Weathered Teak™ from AZEK® Deck's Vintage Collection® to create a cohesive aesthetic that enhances the home’s inviting atmosphere. This premium decking material is prominently featured in three distinct areas: the front porch, the expansive back deck, and the lower-level patio.
