Landscaping '4420' completed by ROMAN EARTH We at ROMAN EARTH are excited to share our latest landscaping , '4420,' a wonderful transformation recently completed for one of the larger commercial properties in the Tampa Bay area. This demonstrates ROMAN EARTH'S commitment to quality, while showing our ability to provide functionality along with good looks. The scope for '4420' involved re-establishing a very large exterior space that had fallen into decline. While our team was able to restore the landscape as it was, we were tasked with enhancing it to provide a welcoming space for clients and employees. We were careful in determining the layout of the space, utilizing native Florida plants with demonstrated toleration of the harsh Florida climate, with the understanding of low maintenance while being environmentally friendly. Features of the included an array of drought-tolerant shrubs and flowering perennial plants that provide color year-round. For hardscape elements such as walking surfaces and seating areas, we used natural stones that have high durability and conform to the context of the greenscape. Our systems for irrigation diligently waters the site, ensuring the flora always appears luscious, even in the Florida dry months. To overcome potential hurdles, such as poor drainage and soil remediation, ROMAN EARTH was able to apply exciting and innovative solutions that allow our landscape to function well and keep the property looking amazing. Our teams also developed shaded sitting areas and lighting systems to celebrate the flora and drive outdoor interaction well past sunset. Our client has expressed their happiness in how '4420' has provided an amazing amenity to their commercial property, leading to a large boost in tenant's use of the property.
