The design begins with a premium Wolf PVC deck, which offers durability and a sophisticated finish, divided into three distinct areas that cater to various outdoor activities and gatherings. At the heart of this outdoor oasis lies a luxurious lounge area, highlighted by an Equinox motorized pergola. This innovative feature allows for effortless control over sunlight and shade, ensuring comfort regardless of the weather. The space is framed by white PVC columns complemented by a brick veneer base, creating a stunning visual continuity with the home’s architecture. Equipped with ceiling fans and Bromic heaters, this area is designed to be enjoyed year-round, transcending seasonal limitations. The project further boasts a striking 75,000 BTU gas fireplace, complete with a bluestone mantle and hearth that echo the hardscape elements and the brick exterior of the home. This feature not only serves as a focal point for gatherings but also provides a cozy atmosphere for both intimate evenings and lively celebrations.
