This was a { {commercial property} } , which needed an aesthetic and functional uplift to improve; look and feel; that is in line with clients aspiration for an inviting atmosphere, as well as a professional image. We carefully designed colorful native plant gardens, stone pathways, and places to sit among the landscapes. This meant using quality materials that will stand the test of time such as local stone and sustainable mulch as well as creating a design that will work together through the seasons. Grading solutions had to be very creative to improve the existing drainage and access because the site had a lot of pockets of different uneven topography. Our expert landscape architects worked hand in hand with engineers to ensure the ultimate layout was functional and beautiful. The culminated in an impressive outdoor space featuring greenery, seasonal flower exhibits, and some stunning hardscapes that encourage employees and visitors alike to enjoy their surrounds. By incorporating low-maintenance plant varieties, this commercial landscape replaces constant upkeep with breathtaking aesthetics. Our client is chuffed with the finished product, as the statement entrance has added a point of difference to their commercial property and a lasting impression for all who enter to the brand they take such pride in.
