Outdoor Living Spaces by Inside Out Landscaping Inside Out Landscaping is excited to feature the 'Outdoor Living Spaces' , a beautiful re-imagining of outdoor enjoyment for our clients in Pacifica, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Francisco, San Mateo, and South San Francisco. This was creating an inviting retreat that balances the functional aspects of nature and modern day living. The initial challenge was to fit functional outdoor spaces onto a small urban lot while maintaining a sense of openness and peace. Our team was able to address these challenges while creating multi-level decking made from sustainably harvested hardwood for aesthetics and longevity with the coastal elements. We constructed an impressive outdoor kitchen complete with premium stainless steel appliances and grill built from stone designed for entertaining friends and family. For our landscaping vision, we included native plantings that thrive in the local climate, creating a low maintenance garden while encouraging native animals to visit. We developed a number of drought resistant plants that allow for various colors and textures throughout the seasons. We introduced a calming water feature made from natural stone with ambient lighting to create a tranquil focal point and zone for relaxation. The result was stunning. Our clients were ecstatic with their new outdoor living space that achieved their vision of functionality while adding beauty and enjoyment. The outdoor living area has turned into the perfect space for gathering with a cozy fire pit sitting area providing a comfortable space to enjoy with beautiful outdoor rugs. This was a well thought out initiative to create a wonderful balance of quality, design, and craftsmanship that not only provided value to their home but improved the client's lifestyle with a functional space to relax with nature.
