Westside Refresh by MH3 Design Group In the lively Westside neighborhood of Minneapolis, MH3 Design Group's Westside Refresh highlights the beauty of contemporary landscape design. For a variety of customers in the Twin Cities, an outdoor space was transformed from an uninspiring yard to a stunning oasis. A full redesign included carefully chosen hardscaping, such as a dynamic natural stone patio and sweeping walkways of reclaimed brick that blended into the lush surrounding greenery. A mix of native plantings, including ornamental grasses, perennials, and thoughtfully placed shrubs added character while supporting sustainability. A significant challenge of the was contending with the uneven ground, requiring thoughtful grading to allow for drainage and aesthetics. Our professional team installed permeable pavers which allow for water to penetrate the landscape instead of run off, keeping this vibrant garden alive while enjoying an intense rain storm. The highlight of the is the outdoor living room with a custom fire pit, intimate seating, and mood lighting. This space is perfect for gatherings while also serving a functional and cozy purpose. The end result provided our client with a rejuvenated, beautiful, and environmentally friendly outdoor space that truly refreshed the existing outdoor space.
