Bluewater Modern is a stunning transformation of a residence that once felt dated and dark, now revitalized into a light-filled, artful space that resonates with the clients' unique tastes and personalities. Located in the serene woods of NE Grand Rapids, this project was spearheaded by Senior Interior Designer Andy Yates, who meticulously crafted a neutral backdrop that serves as a canvas for bold accents. The design features a harmonious blend of vibrant hues, including purple, magenta, lavender, pink, silver, and sage, creating a sophisticated yet playful atmosphere that defines modern living. The project scope encompassed a complete overhaul of the interior spaces, focusing on the kitchen and bathrooms, where the clients felt particularly overwhelmed. By addressing their frustrations, our team delivered bespoke solutions that not only met their aesthetic desires but also enhanced functionality. The contemporary bathroom exemplifies this transformation, showcasing a refreshed vanity topped with luxurious white quartz that adds a touch of elegance. Complemented by a sleek, modern faucet and a playful, artistic tile backsplash from Walker Zanger, the space exudes creativity and style. Additionally, the introduction of new hardware on the vanity, along with Bauhaus sconces by Sonneman, elevates the overall design, infusing the space with a fresh, inviting ambiance. Every detail was carefully considered, reflecting the clients' personalities while maintaining a sense of sophistication. The craftsmanship involved in this project is evident, as each element was thoughtfully selected and expertly installed to ensure a cohesive and polished result. The Bluewater Modern project not only revitalized a tired residence but also transformed it into a contemporary haven that embodies both fun and sophistication.
