Clean Cut Landscape Co. is proud to present the "Asian Jasmine Shady Gardens" , a peaceful oasis located in the heart of our many service areas, including Destrehan, Elmwood, Harahan, Jefferson, Kenner, Metairie, Metairie Terrace, New Orleans, Norco, River Ridge, Saint Rose, New Orleans and Lake View. This unique landscape transformation was designed to achieve a peaceful feel that highlights the beauty of Asian jasmine while utilizing the natural shade benefits of existing trees. The featured a thick carpet of Asian jasmine, a low-maintenance, hardy ground cover that will thrive in shady conditions. In addition to color, the Asian jasmine will help control erosion. To add interest, we introduced purposely placed river rocks and decorative boulders to add beauty and to assist with drainage in the shaded areas. One of the specific challenges we faced was to drain the site area in a way that properly redirected any excess rain away from the garden beds while maintaining the compostitional integrity of the landscape. Furthermore, we created very subtle natural stone paths guiding visitors through this mature shaded garden to savor their quiet escape. The final garden was a composed mixture of green plant material and natural stone that creates a peaceful escape for our clients. The Asian Jasmine Shady Gardens was designed to house family gatherings and be used for ultimate leisure. Every detail was meticulously considered to create client delight while enhancing the beauty of their outdoor space.
