Blossoms Blooming in Belmar is a remarkable transformation of a waterfront home that beautifully marries functionality with coastal elegance. The project began with an enthusiastic couple eager to reconfigure their living spaces, particularly on the second floor where a master bedroom suite was envisioned. This suite features the largest steam shower we have ever designed, providing a luxurious retreat for the homeowners. In addition to the master suite, the second floor now encompasses a guest bath, a serene yoga room, a dedicated office space, and a convenient laundry room, ensuring that every need is met with thoughtful design. On the first floor, the addition of a spacious family room has been a game changer, enhancing the overall flow and livability of the home. This area has been meticulously redesigned to reflect a modern yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or quiet evenings. The entire home received a comprehensive refresh, ensuring that both aesthetic appeal and comfort are at the forefront of the design. Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with the homeowners, their architect, and general contractor to define the interior spaces, addressing the previous lack of organization. Careful attention was given to the floor plans, incorporating both existing furniture and new custom pieces that harmonize with the overall design. The chosen materials reflect a beach style that complements the home’s picturesque surroundings, with dark wood flooring adding warmth against the backdrop of calming beige walls.
