Morristown, NJ: Blank Canvas to Serenity Earth, Turf & Blooms proudly unveils the metamorphosis of a blank slate to a peaceful retreat in Morristown, NJ. Solatube- This extensive landscaping created a space for our clients to relax in their own backyard; everything this backyard exudes zen and relaxation. At our first meeting we could see the potential of the expansive but sadly underused space. My team and I planned the layout carefully incorporating elements of nature easily without compromising on visual appeal and usability. Some of the highlights of this were a beautiful stone patio, composed of locally sourced bluestone, that blended beautifully with the surrounding landscape. This is an ideal meeting ground for families and friends with the patio highlighted by lavish outdoor furniture that beckons one to a reason. We set up lush greenery that will promote the natural beauty of the area by planting a selected type of native plants and flowering shrubs. In addition to providing colour throughout the year, it also attracted local wildlife and formed a natural habitat. Adding a water feature that mimicked the sound of a trickling stream enhanced the ambience, supplying a soft audible feature to the outdoor experience. And one of the challenges was the uneven site. Our experienced team graded the land appropriately grading it and preserving the topography. Used permeable pavers to allow rainwater to recharge the soil to promote sustainability. Ultimately, the resulted in a stunning landscape that not only met client expectations but exceeded them. What used to be a barren site has turned into an upscale retreat with a warm (fire) pit, colorful flower beds and an inviting seating area that begs for a sit down. Earth, Turf & Blooms was honored to convert this Morristown property into a perfect place of serenity, where beauty meets utility, and our clients were thrilled to enjoy their new outdoor space!!
