About This Project

The Phoenix Fowler Residence Remodel transformed a once drab and uninspiring space into a vibrant and welcoming home that reflects the unique style and needs of the Fowler family. Through an in-depth consultation process, we collaborated closely with the homeowners to identify their vision and desires, ensuring every design choice resonated with their lifestyle. The remodel began with a significant overhaul of the ceiling, where we removed the outdated recessed light box and fluorescent fixtures, replacing them with modern 6-inch can lights equipped with dimmable LED trims. This change alone dramatically enhanced the ambiance, allowing for a customizable lighting experience. In addition to the ceiling modifications, we meticulously reconstructed the soffits and doorway to align seamlessly with our cabinetry design, creating a cohesive flow throughout the home. The introduction of DeWils cabinetry not only added functional storage but also brought a touch of elegance to the space. Complementing the cabinetry, we selected exquisite granite countertops, which provide a striking contrast against the carefully chosen tile flooring. The aesthetic appeal was further elevated by incorporating a stacked stone backsplash and fireplace, serving as both a functional and artistic focal point in the living area. To enhance the kitchen and dining experience, we installed plantation shutters that offer both privacy and natural light control, ensuring that the space remains inviting throughout the day. The final touch was the installation of dimmable LED under-cabinet lighting, casting a warm glow that accentuates the beauty of the backsplash while providing practical illumination for cooking and entertaining. Task receptacles were thoughtfully placed to maintain an unobstructed view, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the kitchen. This remodel not only revitalized the Fowler residence but also created a welcoming environment that the family is excited to call home, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail at every turn.
