About This Project

The Home Office project, initiated in 2019, was designed to transform a small, underutilized office closet in an older Boston home into a highly functional workspace. The original space featured minimal shelving on the sides, which did not adequately meet the client's organizational needs or support efficient work-from-home capabilities. Our goal was to create a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that the home office catered to both professional tasks and personal organization. To achieve this, we undertook a comprehensive redesign of the closet space, focusing on maximizing storage while maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. High-quality, durable materials were a priority, as we selected robust shelving units and stylish drawer systems that complemented the existing décor of the home. The craftsmanship involved meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every element was expertly installed to provide both utility and visual harmony. The layout was reimagined to include adjustable shelving, allowing for flexibility in organizing office supplies, books, and personal items. Custom drawer dividers were integrated to streamline the organization of smaller items, reducing clutter and enhancing accessibility. The addition of a compact desk area within the closet transformed the workspace into an efficient hub for productivity.
