Originally designed in the mid-1950s by Kitchen and Hunt Architects, the estate featured a mid-century modern house with a main and guest structure separated by a breezeway. Our team at Sightline Construction undertook the ambitious endeavor of merging these two distinct structures, creating a seamless and unique home that boasts breathtaking views of the Monterey Bay. The aesthetic choices throughout this project were carefully curated to honor the original architectural intentions while integrating modern conveniences. The main residence now features expansive living spaces highlighted by large windows that invite natural light and frame the stunning surroundings.
