Situated right in the heart of the highly desirable city, this is a balance of modernity and nature creating an outdoor haven for our clients to enjoy. The design incorporates a modern, artificial grass around the pool area giving it a green look with no need for maintenance of a natural lawn that you need to grow. Only the high-quality materials well above for the UV resistance were selected extremely thought out to promote a really resistant and pretty design to not fade at all with the hot Texas sun. The topography of the house itself was one of the big challenges we encountered. Our approach was to have terraced landscaping that creates a gradual transition from the pool area (the clearing in the image below) into the garden beyond so it feels continuous, providing both depth and native planting into a climate adapted for good growth. This decision not only improves aesthetics but also fosters biodiversity and sustainability. We designed uncomplicated stone paths to guide guests throughout the landscape with amenities such as contemporary outdoor furniture nestled within seating areas united by modern hardscaping. Low-key landscape lighting helps highlight the architectural beauty of the home while also fostering a warm environment for outdoor evenings. The end result is a stunningly devoid of everything it is more than practical for our clients but an ideal escape for family and friends. The homeowners were thrilled!!
