Meza Gardens and Design, LLC Business: Backyard Retreat Located in the midst of Bellevue, the 'Backyard Retreat' by Meza Gardens and Design, LLC turned a rather dull outdoor living space into a beautiful oasis used for both entertainment and relaxation. As such, we created a space blended in nature with high craftsmanship serving the areas of Bellevue, Chalco, Elkhorn, Gretna, La Vista, Millard, Omaha, Papillion, Ralston and Waterloo. Beautiful locally sourced blue stones pathways throughout abundant local native plants gardens that flourish in Nebraska soil and climate were features of the . Creating some architectural interest is a custom pergola made from sustainably harvested cedar that provides shade. A water feature adds to the peaceful atmosphere, with running water providing a gentle soundtrack to relaxation. When we got on-site and started laying out features, one of the first and biggest challenges we had to tackle was that the ground was very uneven, meaning that rocks and dirt needed to be leveled off, often needing gravity defying solutions to drain and be reachable. Our landscapers leveled the area and then brought in premium soil additives to help the plants thrive. The end product is a beautiful landscape, and a functional space of resilience. The only thing we saved for last, was solar path lighting to further showcase the garden's beauty after sunset while providing extended night-life usability of the space. With a focus on the little things and high standards for quality craftsmanship, we were able to bring the client's vision to life with a stunning backyard. Now dubbed the 'Backyard Retreat', the space is ideal for family get-togethers or for sipping a cocktail under the stars, a testament to Meza Gardens and Design, LLC.'s passion for crafting unforgettable outdoor experiences.
