The Manhasset Hills project showcases a stunning transformation of a first-floor space into a spacious contemporary kitchen designed to meet the needs of a busy professional couple and their young family. After several years of contemplation, the clients entrusted us with their vision, seeking assistance with design decisions and finish selections to create a functional and inviting environment. The renovation involved a strategic reconfiguration of the floor plan, where we removed several walls to enhance the flow and functionality of the space. At the heart of the kitchen is a magnificent 10-foot island that serves as a focal point, offering ample storage and seating for family gatherings and entertaining guests. The design embraces a light, airy aesthetic, characterized by a harmonious blend of blue and silver tones in the backsplash tile complemented by crisp white cabinetry. This contemporary palette is beautifully grounded by a darker wood-colored island, which adds warmth and depth to the overall design. To ensure a cohesive look throughout the home, we carried the blue and silver color scheme into the adjoining dining room, where we installed elegant moldings and millwork that imbue the space with character and sophistication. The craftsmanship involved in this project reflects a commitment to quality, as every detail was meticulously considered, from the selection of materials to the execution of the design.
