This required careful landscaping to create a patio and pavilion that is functional and beautiful and incorporates the surrounding nature. The included a custom patio built with high-quality and durable pavers that increase the beauty and longevity of the . The patio was installed in a herringbone pattern that adds elegance and allows for proper drainage in the patio. Native plantings encircle the patio and thrive in the Ohio climate bringing many colors and textures to the landscape through all four seasons. The pavilion is undoubtedly the centerpiece of the renovation. This amazing pavilion was built with beautiful cedar wood that evokes a rustic yet durable charm with a custom stone fireplace making it a special night rendezvous gathering spot for family and friends throughout the year. It is intimate for a summer night gathering or warm enough for winter gatherings. As with every , there were aspects of the build that required extra planning, including existing site drainage issues and uneven topography.
