Hoboken Private Terrace Outdoor Living of NJ is delighted to introduce the 'Hoboken Private Terrace', a beautiful transformation of an urban outdoor space that seamlessly combines functionality and beauty. Located in the heart of Hoboken, this serves as a reminder of our commitment to quality and innovative design, making it a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The terrace contains an elegant layout consisting of a multi-level deck constructed of sustainably harvested hardwood to create warmth and inviting feelings. The beautiful design incorporates custom planters filled with colorful seasonal flowers helping add bursts of color while also balancing the overall look to the terrace. In addition, we incorporated a modern water feature, which added a focal point to the design while creating calming sounds, providing a restful space for both quiet enjoyment or entertaining guests. One of the notable hurdles included working in a smaller space with the need to maximize usability while maintaining a level of style. Our design team effectively solved this by thoughtfully designing a space that maximizes seating while leaving the terrace usable, with integrated storage. The high-quality materials we selected, including a durable stone paver and weather resistant furnishings, uphold the finish and richness of the design while being low maintenance and durable for longevity. The end result is a true outdoor paradise. The interweaving of design elements, lush plantings, usable spaces, and style has exceeded our client’s expectations.
