About This Project

The Goochland Pool Project is a stunning transformation that epitomizes the ultimate staycation paradise, designed to provide relaxation and entertainment in equal measure. This expansive outdoor space features a custom gunite pool alongside a separate spa, creating a luxurious retreat right in the heart of Goochland, Virginia. The pool is thoughtfully designed with a tanning shelf equipped with bubblers, offering a perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxation. The spa complements this oasis with eight invigorating jets, ensuring a soothing experience after a long day. Craftsmanship is evident throughout this project, highlighted by two distinct areas featuring wood-burning fire features that enhance the ambiance and extend usability into the cooler evenings. One area boasts a fireplace flanked by a functional wood box on the left and a grilling station on the right, making it an ideal gathering spot for family and friends. Meanwhile, the fire pit area is designed for socializing, featuring an impressive 28-foot seating wall that comfortably accommodates over 15 people, ensuring ample room for all. The project encompasses over 2,400 square feet of meticulously crafted pool deck, providing numerous lounging spots to soak in the sun or unwind under the stars. A captivating waterfall flows gracefully into the pool, accentuating the large koi pond situated at the back of the property, adding a serene touch to the overall setting. The pool is also heated, allowing for extended use throughout the season, further enhancing its appeal. Constructed using premium Eagle Bay Products, the Goochland Pool Project not only showcases exceptional design but also reflects superior craftsmanship.
