The Barnes Heights Exterior project showcases a stunning transformation that captures the essence of craftsmanship while enhancing the home’s curb appeal. Located in the vibrant city of Portland, OR, this project commenced in 2019 and involved meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality. The exterior was treated to a fresh coat of Benjamin Moore's Low-VOC Aura Exterior Paint, known for its durability and eco-friendly properties, providing a vibrant and long-lasting finish that withstands the elements. In addition to the paint, we utilized Benjamin Moore's Arborcoat Waterborne Stain to protect and enhance the natural beauty of the wooden surfaces. This high-quality stain not only offers excellent UV protection but also allows the wood's grain to shine through, adding depth and character to the exteri. The project also featured Sikkens Cetol Door and Window products, which provided a robust finish for the entryways, ensuring they remain inviting while being resistant to wear and tear. The use of Sikkens ProLux SRD further guarantees that the surfaces remain well-protected against moisture and deterioration, making them ideal for the Pacific Northwest’s climate. The centerpiece of the project is the exquisitely designed craftsman deck, which serves as both an outdoor living space and a visual focal point. Crafted with precision, the deck reflects traditional craftsman design elements, harmonizing beautifully with the overall exterior aesthetics.
