We carefully chose a variety of native plants, such as ferns, flowering perennials and herbs, to create a viable ecosystem that will flourish within the man-made surroundings. High-quality, weatherproof materials: Not only does the use of materials such as reclaimed wood for custom planters look good but the use of composite decking means your deck will likely not need to be replaced during your lifetime. The main challenge was to optimize space and yet have proper drainage and irrigation systems. Our designers maximized vertical space, creating depth by implementing a tiered planting approach. We also blended in the sleek, modern seating area complete with lounge furniture that encourages clients to relax and embrace the peace. What we end up with is a perfect fusion of form and function. And the Cozy Carroll Gardens Rooftop is a private oasis with warm mood lighting and an unrivaled view of the city skyline. And our clients were excited with their home, enjoying their new green paradise and peaceful environment, all just a door away.
