Nestled in a prime location adjacent to a public park and beach on a serene dead-end street, this stunning roof deck offers breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and the vibrant cityscape of Chicago. Our client envisioned a space that would not only enhance their home but also provide a perfect vantage point for enjoying the beauty of the surrounding landscape. To bring this vision to life, we designed and constructed a sophisticated Deckorators composite deck in the elegant Tundra color, which was meticulously installed with hidden fasteners to ensure a seamless and polished appearance. The choice of materials was both strategic and aesthetic, as we wanted to complement the natural beauty of the environment while providing durability and low maintenance. We custom-ordered Fenny powder-coated white aluminum vertical posts, which provide structural integrity while adding a touch of modern elegance. The highlight of this installation is the stainless steel cable rails, which were chosen specifically for their ability to maintain clear sight lines and enhance the overall aesthetic of the deck. These cable rails allow for unobstructed views of the lake, making the space feel open and airy, while ensuring safety and stability.
