Nestled high above Highway 1 and overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean, this unique pole/kit house has been thoughtfully modified to meet the specific desires and needs of the client. The design reflects a deep respect for classic Japanese farmhouse aesthetics, featuring a steeply pitched roof with an 8:12 slope and an elegant cupola that captures the essence of historical architecture while ensuring modern functionality. The upper level of the farmhouse is designed with a strategic layout that maximizes both space and views. Living areas are thoughtfully positioned in opposite corners, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the surrounding environment. The master suite, located on the south side, offers a serene retreat, filled with natural light and breathtaking vistas. On the opposite end, the guest office and a versatile studio/study area are connected by a charming bridge, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages creativity and relaxation.
