This consisted of installing premium, drought-resistant sod at multiple residential properties to provide a lush green carpet, able to survive the unique climatic conditions of Texas. We utilized top-grade Bermuda and Zoysia grasses known for their durability and performance. Each installation was carefully prepared with members of our team seeding soil tests to ensure the site was ready for strong growth and longevity. There was one significant hurdle: uneven topography at some properties which would affect drainage and overall growth of the grass. Our team was able to flexibly adapt to this situation, reg grading some of the soil while creating a positive drainage solution where water would flow away from the structure to promote healthy turf growth. This attention to detail was also found in the edging, where we constructed decorative stone borders surrounding the turf. This not only helped to define the turf installation, but also became a design feature to beautify the landscaping while preventing grass from spreading into flower beds and walkways. The transformations were astounding upon completion. Clients expressed their excitement as they walked out to their newly installed turf, not only vibrant with a healthy green, but entirely inviting for outdoor play and activities.
