About This Project

The Christmas 2019 Decorating Project in Raleigh, North Carolina, was a delightful endeavor that transformed my client’s home into a festive haven, embodying the warmth and joy of the holiday season. Initially, my client was uncertain about the aesthetic direction for her Christmas decorations, which provided an exciting opportunity for me to share my vision. After discussing various styles and themes, we settled on a traditional approach that resonated deeply with her personal taste, ensuring a nostalgic yet elegant atmosphere. The project encompassed a comprehensive design plan that included a stunning Christmas tree as the centerpiece of the living room, adorned with classic ornaments, twinkling lights, and a beautifully crafted tree skirt. Surrounding the tree, we strategically placed garlands draped over mantels, complemented by an array of decorative stockings, each meticulously chosen to enhance the overall theme. The color palette featured rich reds, deep greens, and touches of gold, creating a timeless look that exuded holiday cheer. Craftsmanship played a significant role in the execution of this project. Each decorative element was selected with care, ensuring a harmonious blend of textures and finishes. We incorporated handmade wreaths and centerpieces that not only added to the visual appeal but also infused the space with delightful scents of pine and cinnamon. The attention to detail was paramount; from the precise placement of ornaments to the thoughtful arrangement of accents, every aspect was designed to create a cohesive and inviting environment. The outcome was nothing short of magical. My client was thrilled with the transformation, expressing joy and satisfaction with the final results.
