MODERN LANDSCAPE BY BROWARD LANDSCAPE, INC. Broward Landscape, Inc. is excited to introduce the 'Modern Landscape,' a remarkable renovation located in the heart of Boca Raton. Working within the unique communities situated between Boca Del Mar and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Broward Landscape, Inc. decided to take this on as an opportunity to create a shimmering outdoor oasis that successfully combined contemporary built forms with the rich flora of South Florida. The consisted of a thoughtful arrangement of native plants and recovered materials that highlighted water use efficiency and low maintenance. A large variety of attractive, drought-resistant plants many of which are native to South Florida such as ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs, were used throughout the to create color and texture to the space year round. One of the main features of the renovation was the creation of a sleek modern hardscape system which used reclaimed pavers, with complementary stone pathways that create an inviting path through the lush space. Another point of concern was the configuration of the property, which was disheveled and uneven. The design team had to introduce grading and drainage in creative ways to slow down the movement of water but allow for the similar function of movement through the site. Our expert team of designers was able to adequately address all these challenges, ensuring that a balanced and functional space existed for the property owner to enjoy the area outside the home. The owners had never expected to receive such an extraordinary output from the and the 'cross-pollination' of modernity and nature can be seen everywhere. The outdoor living space now includes a sleek fire-pit with unqiue seating options for entertaining. Once dusk descends, the lighting elements bring out the landscape designs and properties the so carefully constructed.
