The New Orleans Garden District Home is a stunning example of 19th-century Greek Revival architecture, beautifully reimagined to blend historical elegance with modern design sensibilities. This residence, steeped in the charm of its 170-year history, features a thoughtfully designed layout that includes a double parlor, three spacious bedrooms, four luxurious bathrooms, a den, a well-appointed kitchen, two hallway landings, two inviting foyers, and a classic butler's pantry. Each space has been meticulously crafted to honor the home’s heritage while infusing it with a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere that reflects the exuberance of New Orleans. The project, initiated in 2020, focused on enhancing the existing structure while incorporating modern amenities. The design choices made throughout the home emphasize a seamless blend of old and new, with an emphasis on high-quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship. The bar area, in particular, stands out with its eye-catching tropical palm wallpaper, which sets a lively tone and creates an inviting atmosphere.
